Montlior Group Completes CRK 240 Million Refinancing of Print Division Facilities

The press hall at Coldharbour, with a paper reel feeding the line.

Montlior Group has completed a CRK 240 million refinancing of its print division facilities. The seven-year facility replaces borrowings that would otherwise have matured in 2027 and funds the remainder of the Coldharbour press hall retooling announced in March.

The refinancing removes the division’s near-term maturity wall and extends its average debt life from under two years to seven. Terms are not disclosed; the group notes that pricing improved against the facility it replaces.

All figures are unaudited and prepared on the same basis as the last annual report.

“The refinancing gives the print division a clear seven-year runway. Coldharbour is now the lowest-cost plant in our estate.”
